Taking a break from (gym) rehab
I took a break from (gym) rehab the past two weeks. It sort of sucks, but I needed a proper break!
The first week I spent in Hagge (Dalarna) doing some walking, some Golf (!), and various other activities like Tennis.
The second week I spent on Gotland. Trail walking, regular walking, swimming, and some lighter exercise using a medicine ball, push-ups, crunches, etc.
The total for week 1 was 36.18 km in distance. The total for week 2 was 45.46 km. Some things work better than others, but it's certainly moving in the right direction.
One week until next appointment with "rehab doctor" 🙂
