Hamstring Rehab Workout #15
Today was different. Today was very different. It was different in the way that I walked 14.91 km (though Endomondo "forgot" two of them, so really should have ended up with 16.91 km on my workout).
Mixed terrain. Some forrest. Some street. Some trails.
After the walk, I did some more stuff by the house as well. All in all it was a pretty good set. I fear I'll be suffering somewhat tomorrow, but hey ... 🙂
3x20 bicep curl on balance board (one foot, 10)
3x70 crunches with med ball above raised arms (7)
3x50 quick feet/step-ups
3x50 extended tricp curls behind head with med ball (7)
3x10 squat and raise med ball above head (7)
3x 20 side twist/crunch with med ball (10)
Lift. Me. Up.
