3x 20 side twist/crunch with med ball (10)
3x 50 crunches with med ball above raised arms (10)
3x 10 tricep curls (40)
2x 25 pecs (50)
3x 100 shoulder roll (2)
250 arm scissors
3x 8 tricep pulls (lat machine, 80)
3x 8 seated row (90)
