3x 40x reverse leg curl, no resistance
3x 40x toe-ups
3x 30x shoulder lift rubber band
3x 40x half-way leg press standing up
I actually figured out a way to do some bicep curls while doing leg curls 🙂
Heading for a meeting that I will attend standing up using crutches.
