3x 20 toe/calf raise (30)
3x 20 cable cross machine, legs - all four directions (15)
3x 8 lats (seated, down, 60)
3x 10 tricep curl (35)
3x 25 pect (35)

The leg exercise in the cable cross machine really killed me today. I got hungry, tired, hungry, tired, and so on ... it didn't feel like such a big deal at the time, but I'll try to repeat it and see if I get the same results.
