Less detail, more progress
The time has come (and is probably overdue) to focus less on individual exercises and more on the total progress of things. Things are going reasonably well. I haven't done as much explosive training as I'm supposed to, but I have been doing hill and trail running. I've also been increasing the distance of my walks. I'm now somewhere between nine and fourteen kilometers most of the time.
I've had a few scary moments where I've slipped on a wet Sauna floor as well as slipped while trail running due to the ground being wet/muddy after several hours of rain. So far, it seems like everything is holding together though. Knock on wood.
I'm going back to the PT on August 29 for some more follow-up. I've still got a few weeks left to step up the intensity of the training.
