Second Gym rehab workout. Still struggling with the patience, but I'm being (mostly) good.
1x 30 min crosstrainer, 4.8 km
3x 10 seated row (90)
3x 10 leg press (100)
3x 20 chest incline (45)
3x 8 upper back (60)
3x 12 tricep curls (30)
3x 100 crunches (1 with pilates ball raised between calves)
4x 10 hip raise with pilates ball
3x 8 shoulder press (35)
Sauna!
