3x 40x bicep curls with rubber band resistance
3x 40x reverse leg curls, no resistance
3x 50x toe-ups with 20kg
3x 50x half-way leg press standing up
3x 20x push-ups, no resistance
3x 30x bicep curls with weights
Getting there. One rehab session at a time. Still zero pressure (no weights) on the left hamstring though.
48 hours without painkillers.
