Hamstring Rehab Workout #13
I've been doing some "small walking" today, apart from the Gym, and it was painfully clear that I do get tired even from those smaller walks. I can't quite put my finger on when or how this happens. I mean, I can take fairly long walks sometimes, and other times I get mentally flushed after 2 km. Very strange.
Anyway, here's rehab workout #13 🙂
1x 30 min crosstrainer, 4.26 km
3x 8 upper back (70)
3x 8 tricep pulls (lat machine, 80)
3x 8 leg press (150)
3x 8 cable cross machine pull down (35)
3x 8 cable cross machine pull up (15)
3x 30 toe/calf raise (50)
3x 100 crunches
Sauna!
The leg press is an interesting situation. Using only one leg, I get nowhere near 75 (half) with my left leg. So I guess you can easily say that my right leg is "helping out" the left leg at the moment. I'll keep pushing it and see where it lands. I could increase the angle quite a bit today, which was a good mental boost.
