Hamstring Rehab Workout #12
It's hard to believe I've only had 12 workouts since surgery, or 12 documented workouts I should say. Sometimes it feels like a lifetime ago I had surgery, and then I'm suddenly reminded of the fact that the hamstring isn't "quite there yet" 🙂
1x 30 min crosstrainer, 4.75 km
3x 8 seated row (100)
3x 8 pulldown (90)
3x 30 toe/calf raise (40)
3x 20 cable cross machine, legs - all four directions (15)
3x 100 crunches
Sauna!
The leg exercise in the cable cross machine remains a killer, but a good kind of killer 🙂
